All players who played all Swiss stage games and scored at least 2 wins receive the same minimal bonus (100/20).
During the Swiss round each player should play 2 duels with the same opponent. Pairs for round are published on the "Live Status" page.
That status page updates automatically, so you don't have to reload it (however, you can reload it if you want).
When next round starts, preliminary pairing is published for at least 2 minutes. You should check if you're properly listed there.
In case of any mistake - contact organizer (Admin) immediately via in-game chat. If everything is OK, then round status changes to "RUNNING"
so you can start playing. Don't forget to select a different game class for each duel or your game will be treated as lost.
Pairing is random for the first round. In case of an odd number of players, the unmatched player receives a bye equal to 2 score points.
For all subsequent rounds, players are paired against the nearest opponents in order of the tournament standings table. Whenever possible, players don't play each other twice.
The standings table is ordered by tiebreakers.
At the end of the final round of Swiss, 8 players will advance to a playoff-style elimination bracket.
1. Score points - number of duels you won + (number of duels won by each of your opponents)/10.
2. Sweeps - number of rounds you won with 2:0 score.
3. Global experience - experience value from your account.
Play-off duels are not counted and has no influence on players score.
In the Elimination stage, the top players compete in an NCAA-style elimination bracket. Players are seeded (1 being the highest seed) based on their Swiss stage results. Each round, you play an opponent in a "Best 2 out of 3" match and the winner advances to the next matchup while the loser is eliminated.
You may only play as a given class once during the entire Elimination stage, so choose wisely. You may, however, play as a class that you played during the Swiss stage.
The winner of the Elimination bracket wins the entire tournament. All other players are ranked based on how far they advanced in the bracket."
Players can join teams (clans, guilds). "Browse" button opens a window with actual team list. There you can choose a team to join it.
In case of public team you instantly become a team member. If you choose to join a private team, a request is sent by email to the team mailbox.
Actual entrance happens when that request is accepted.
Anyone can create a new team. Read the game forum for further information about team creation and management.
There are both personal and team standings. Each team score is calculated as A+B/2+C/4, where A, B and C - score of teams top players (A >= B >= C).
Team change (entrance, leaving) during the tournament is not allowed.
Late joins and drops
You can join (but not sign up!) later than tournament start. You'll start playing from the next round.
Player dropped during the round is counted as loser. If there is still a duel to play - it is also counted as played and lost.
If a player doesn't play and thus cause delay - the tournament organizer has right to declare this player as dropped.
Please save replays and publish them on the game forum or any other location.
Please don't flood the chat, especially before the 1-st round.
If you have a question (or need an advice) which can be answered by other players - ask them first instead of Admin.
Be polite to your fellow players. Please do not slow play whenever possible. If you suspect a player is deliberately playing slowly, tell the organizer and avoid becoming angry.
Please try to stay for the whole event. If you are dropping out, please tell the organizer as soon as possible since it will effect pairings.
Use "Leave" button to remove the tick near your nickname, this will help to avoid mess in the next round.
